Ron and I only spent just over 2 hours together on one occasion, I consider him to be one of my closest friends.

When I had the pleasure of meeting Ron, he had retired after 25 years as a Law Enforcment Officer with the Los Angeles California Police Department.

At that time he was suffering from (heart disease, cancer, muscular dystrophy and PTSD) and yet with all this
he never complained or felt sorry for himself. Confined to a wheel chair, he was and always be a Marines, Marine.
